Camping it up!

Hello all! Just putting everything in place for the next project, which I’ll be running :) , starting 28th June…not long!
We got stuck finding a venue to hire so came up with the idea of using portable camping equipment in the building where the project is based (The WestWerks). And as it’s summertime we’re going to have a bbq on one of the sessions and soak up the sun :)

Citrus Cold Buster

A great juice if you are feeling run down.
Ingredients

3 oranges
1 tsp of orange peel
1 pink grapefruit
1 lime
1 lemon
2 cm’s of crushed ginger
1 tsp bee pollen

Steps

Juice the oranges and the rest of the
citrus fruit
Add all other ingredients and blend
together for about 1 minute
Remember to add some pulp as this is
where the flavanoids are stored.
